Reporting an error. If a calculator looks wrong for your situation, tell us the page, the inputs you used, and what you expected. A specific example helps us fix the rule faster than a general note.

Response time. We read every message but may not reply to each one, especially during busy periods. If something is urgent — a pay dispute, a tax deadline, or a legal matter — do not wait on us. Contact your employer's payroll team, your union, or the relevant labor authority directly.

What we can and cannot help with. We can correct a calculator or clarify how a tool works. We cannot tell you what you are legally owed, prepare a payslip, or advise on a dispute — those need a qualified professional or the labor department in your country or state.
