ShiftPay

Disclaimer

The figures produced by ShiftPay are estimates for general information only. They are not legal, tax, or payroll advice, and they are not a substitute for your employer's payroll, an award, a collective agreement, or guidance from a labor authority.

Overtime thresholds, multipliers and shift premiums shown are based on standard public formulas and published labor standards, which vary by location, employer, award and year. Your actual pay is governed by your contract, award or applicable law — not by this site.

No professional relationship. Using ShiftPay does not create an adviser-client or attorney-client relationship. Nothing here should be relied on as legal, tax, or financial guidance.

Examples are illustrative. The worked examples on each calculator show how the math runs; they are not a promise of what any specific employer will pay. Real payslips can include items the calculators do not model, such as salaried overtime banks or custom premiums.

Jurisdiction and updates. Labor rules change. A threshold or rate that is correct today may differ next year or in another state, province, or country. This is why pages note their data version and any annual refresh point.

Back up your own records. Keep your own timesheets, contracts, and payslips. If a ShiftPay result disagrees with your payslip, the payslip and your employment terms control — raise the difference with payroll or the labor authority.

Always confirm rates and rules with your employer, payroll team, or the relevant labor department before making any financial or work decision based on a result from these tools. ShiftPay accepts no liability for any outcome arising from use of these calculators.
